It seems that in order to cut with the Silhouette Cameo's cut program, Silhouette Studio, you do not have to install any drivers that came with the Silhouette Studio software.

In order to cut on the Silhouette using VectorCUT®, you WILL NEED TO INSTALL THESE DRIVERS. So while re-installing Silhouette Studio software make sure that you select to install the drivers during the installation process. Once you have the driver installed, please follow the instructions below.

Steps to configure VectorCUT® for the Silhouette:

1. Install the Cameo cut driver software (Which should be completed at this point)
2. Install and open VectorCUT®
3. In the right Cutter pulldown list, select the Silhouette Cameo in VectorCUT® 2.0
4. Select the Properties button to the right of the Cutter list.
5. On the Orientation tab, set Cutter Orientation to XNorth YWest
6. On the Port tab, select "Printer Port"
7. Select the Cameo Silhouette from the Printer Name drop down list. Next, select OK. You can now send files from CadworxLIVE® to the Silhouette via VectorCUT®.
8. If the cutter is not listed, you will need to go into the Windows Control Panel and select Devices and Printers. Then select Add a Printer. Select Add a local printer. Next, select Use an existing port: (select any USB port from the pulldown list and select Next) In the Manufacturer window, scroll until you see Silhouette America then select it. The cutter should now appear in the Printers window. Select Silhouette CAMEO and select Next. Then select Use the driver that is currently installed (recommended). Name the Printer Name and select Next. Next, select Do not share this printer. (unless sharing on a network) Select Next, then select Finish.
