Every membership includes access to the CAD-CUT Easy Teams application. Easily one of the most productive team applications available anywhere, the new version of CAD-CUT Easy Teams will be built on the 2.0 engine.
The Print & Cut version of Easy Teams brings full color capabilities to Easy Teams. Customers can create full color letters and numbers for export to VersaWorks. The Add Cut Outline feature creates a cut line pre-formatted with a named spot color so it's recognized in VersaWorks.

Every Cadworxlive membership includes personal storage space on the Microsoft Azure Cloud. Highly available and secure, the cloud offers a robust and scalable platform to host all your saved Cadworxlive files. There are currently no size restrictions on the amount of space we offer, however if customers abuse the privilege, there are ways we can monitor and throttle usage if necessary.

Every Cadworxlive Membership (with the exception of the Starter), includes a membership on the Great Dane Art Club Network. Every design ever created by Great Dane Designs, will be available in multiple formats on the Cadworxlive.com web site. Members can download files in numerous file formats including .pdf, .eps, .png. Cadworxlive members will also be able to import any Great Dane Design into Design Studio to create unique artwork for any production method including: CAD-CUT, Print & Cut, Direct to Garment Print, Digital Print, Laser Print, Laser Cut and Screen Print. Cadworxlive members will enjoy a 30% discount on the Great Dane Art Club. Dane has indicated he would like to sell memberships for $13.00 on his web site, but would offer a discount for customers purchasing the Art Club Membership on Cadworxlive.com.

The idea behind the job workflow module is to allow customers to create and manage jobs in Cadworxlive. Members can create and manage as many jobs as they want. When a member creates a new job in the system, they can manage the workflow for each job. Every job will have a status determined by which step in the workflow process they are in. For example, suppose Eastside Graphics is bidding a job for Desert Ridge High School. Step 1 is to create a lead record for Desert Ridge. The lead record contains contact information including: contact name, phone number, email and mailing address, a brief description and notes field. Once the lead record is created, Eastside Graphics will 'Create a Promo Site' containing design options for Desert Ridge's review. The Promo Site will have a unique URL that can be sent to the contact at Desert Ridge. The Promo site will contain a notes field that allows an ongoing dialog between both parties. The goal of this step is to show design options, make design adjustments as defined by the contact and get a design approval. Once design approval has been obtained, members can then 'Prepare a Bid' sheet containing specifics about the job including: a sample of the approved design option, garment (product) choice, size, color, quantity pricing and delivery date options. The bid sheet requires client approval before the job can move to the next step in the workflow, which is the production step. Once production is complete, the job status is changed to 'Shipped/Delivered'. The client is notified via email whenever a status change occurs on their job. At any time, the client can visit the Promo Site, obtain a status update and make a request or comment. Both parties are kept in the loop throughout the process. Once the job is completed, the status is changed to 'Complete'. Members can have as many jobs as they like concurrently active in the system.
Bid sheets are prepared during the job tracking/workflow process and contain specifics about the active job including: a sample of the approved design option, garment (product) choice, size, color, quantity pricing and delivery date options. Bid sheets can be viewed online via private URL or can be exported as a .pdf and sent via email as an attachment.

Design Studio will contain an export option titled 'Send to VersaWorks'. This will export the file in .pdf format that can be imported into VersaWorks.
Design Studio will contain an export option titled 'Send to Epson'. This will export the file in .pdf format that can be imported into the RIP software that drives the Epson D2G printer. We have a proof of concept application which exports the file to a 'hot' folder on the customers computer. Once the file shows up on the hot folder, the Epson RIP software retrieves it and automatically imports it into the RIP. We developed this idea while working with Bill Whitley when Stahls first acquired the Epson distributorship and I'm confident this process can be dusted off and brought to life.
Every Cadworxlive membership includes a public business profile that is used in several places throughout the system. Members can customize their business profiles (a la Facebook).
Every Member of Cadworxlive can submit their 'Cadworx Creations' to be featured in the Creations Gallery. The Creations Gallery allows other site members the opportunity to view the works of others, rate the design, make a comment or contact the originator of the design.
Promotional Micro Sites (as defined in the workflow description above) are best described as portfolio sites containing graphic designs created by site members for a specific audience. Promo sites are accessible via private URL and are a great way to present several design options to member's clients for review and consideration. Members can create as many Promo Sites as they want. Members can customize the look/feel of the portfolio site by changing the color scheme and adding a custom logo/banner. Promo sites include a notes feature that allows Cadworxlive members and their clients to establish an ongoing communication throughout the entire job fulfillment workflow process.
Promo Catalogs are customizable catalogs that can be generated, saved and exported. The idea behind the Promo Catalog originated by customer requests to be able to print a counter catalog containing all the Cadworxlive Clip Art, Layouts, customer create artwork and fonts. Members can generate as many Prom Catalogs as they like and can customize elements on the catalog cover including: Catalog Name, Date, Company Name, Client Name etc.
Expert and Pro Members can create promotional flyers quickly and easily by choosing a flyer template and customizing it with their own original design elements. Promo flyers can include company name, product offers, specials or any other announcement or marketing message the member wants. Members can create/manage any number of Promo Flyers they want. Promo Flyers can be exported as .pdf files so they may be attached to emails.
I'm currently conducting a feasibility study on costs and implications of allowing Cadworxlive members to develop and manage email campaigns from within the system.
Pro Members will have the opportunity to launch their own e-commerce web store(s) on Cadworxlive.com. We are customizing a version of Spree Commerce http://spreecommerce.com/ to include an embedded design studio application that will allow members' customers to create original designs and place orders in the system. Each member web store may be customized with color schemes and company title/logo. Members can launch and manage as many e-commerce web stores as they like. Members will be able to define material pricing and price per square inch for digital print processes so that actual pricing can be displayed in Design Studio as the end user creates their design.

ZenDesk is an elegant system for dealing with inbound ticket requests from any channel-email, web, social, phone, or chat and offers an easy way for users to help themselves, quickly find what they need, and minimize their frustration. ZenDesk lets you gather data and use the insights they provide to build customer relationships that are more meaningful, personal, and productive.
